have you thought about Lord of the Void or Borborygmos as rites targets or any of the primordials?
LOTV are Borborygmos don’t really do enough. Like Lord of the void WOULD technically be really awesome, but the problem is that it doesn’t do much the second I play it. If there’s anything I’ve learned from playing grites is that the best reanimation target can do something the second it’s out. Which makes hasty creatures or ones with abilities like Griselbrands Pay 7 Life ability the best.
Which is why two of the current reanimation targets I’m planning are Craterhoof Behemoth and Aurelia (Both have haste and really spectacular abilities that combine well with my token strategy). Both are better than Griselband, seeing as I’m losing the combo piece Zombie Infestation to rotation.
Of the primordials, Molten primordial would probably be the best. (Thanks for mentioning those, I totally forgot ***gatecrash had that cycle)
